DUNSKY ZOHAR ARCHITECTS

דונסקי אדריכלים ומתכנני ערים הוקם על ידי אדריכל ומתכנן ערים צבי דונסקי בשנת 1993, ועוסק במגוון פרוייקטים איכותיים של עיצוב פנים עסקי ומוסדי, השבחת נכסים, התחדשות עירונית, תכנון מבנים ונוף. הרוח היצירתית של המשרד מעוגנת בנסיון מקצועי עשיר, ובשירות אישי וצמוד לאורך זמן. על הניהול המקצועי של המשרד מופקדת אדריכלית זהבית שפיצר זוהר, בוגרת בית הספר לאדריכלות של אוניברסיטת תל אביב, ודיקנית מגמת הנדסאי אדריכלות בקרייה ללימודי הנדסה וטכנולוגיה. החל משנת 2018, שותף המשרד לחברת הזנק בשם QbiqAi העוסקת בפיתוח פלטפורמה לתכנון אדריכלי אשר המנוע מאחוריו הינה בינה מלאכותית, המציעה יישומים מקצועיים לשוק הנדל"ן העסקי והאדריכלי בארץ ובעולם. בעזרת מנוע זה מסוגלים לייצר מודלים תלת מימדיים המציגים את פוטנציאל המבנה, השטחים והתאמתם לפרוגרמות שונות, המתכללות עשרות מרכיבים רלוונטיים ללקוחות. המערכת מנתחת את המידע והנתונים ומחוללת כ 50 חלופות, תוך יצירת סדר עדיפויות. החלופות הנבחרות מתוקנות ומעובדות לתכניות אדריכליות ולתלת מימד.

צבי דונסקי

צבי דונסקי, יליד חיפה, בעל תואר B.ARCH בהצטיינות באדריכלות ותכנון ערים מהפקולטה לארכיטקטורה שבטכניון ובעל תואר שני בעיצוב מבנים M.S.B.D. מבית הספר לאדריכלות של אוניברסיטת COLUMBIA בניו יורק. לפני הקמת המשרד בשנת 1993, צבי עבד בארצות הברית, גרמניה וישראל, במשרדיהם המובילים של משה ספדי, עדה כרמי-מלמד, דייויס&ברודי בניו יורק, ויהלום-צור בתל אביב.

זהבית שפיצר זוהר

זהבית שפיצר-זוהר, ילידת תל אביב, בעלת תואר B.ARCH בהצטיינות מבית הספר לאדריכלות ע"ש דוד עזריאלי שבאוניברסיטת תל אביב.

זהבית אדריכלית רשומה ורשויה עם ניסיון רב שנים כאדריכלית בכירה במשרדים מובילים בארץ, בניהול צוותי תכנון גדולים, תכנון פרויקטים מורכבים, ובהוראה. כיום היא מכהנת כראשת מגמת אדריכלות ועיצוב פנים במכללת הנדסאים תל אביב.
